The founding partners of Montview TSC Realty Advisors, Scott Leachman and Pere Roberts, each have more than 30 years of practice in commercial real estate in the Washington, DC, metro area. They share the same values and commitment to their clients.

Scott started his career with Barnes Morris & Pardoe, and ultimately became a Principal with the Trammell Crow Company, where he helped oversee tenant representation services in Washington, DC, and built a reputation as one of the top tenant representation specialists in the DC area. Scott became an Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis after Crow’s sale to CBRE, and elected soon thereafter to start his own firm, Montview Realty Advisors, in 2007.

Pere began his career with Transwestern Carey Winston, where he became widely known as the top industrial broker in the DC area. He left Transwestern in 1999 to co-found TSC Realty Services. Scott and Pere merged their companies to form Montview TSC in 2014.
